At UpGhar, we want you to love your home. If you aren’t satisfied, here is our policy:
Cancellations: You can cancel your order through your WooCommerce dashboard before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Returns: We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. Please email hello@upghar.in with photos of the product and the invoice.
Refund Process: Once your return is picked up and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
Timeline: Refunds are processed via Cashfree to your original payment method (Bank Account/Card/UPI) within 5–7 working days.
